Evangelism Ministry Positions Itself for Future Growth


Founder & CEO, Larry Moyer, Adds New President, Andy Coticchio

DALLAS, Sept. 6, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- EvanTell Board of Directors announced September 1st, that Dr. Larry Moyer, President & CEO of EvanTell, will continue full-time in a new role as Founder & CEO. They named Andy Coticchio, EvanTell's Chief Operating Officer, as President effective September 1st. Formerly a senior executive in the telecommunications industry, Coticchio served as EvanTell's Board Chairman prior to joining the staff in late 2009.

"Andy Coticchio brings over three decades of management experience and a wealth of knowledge in managing operations and overseeing finances," stated Dr. Taylor Gardner, current EvanTell Board Chairman. "We've asked him to assume responsibility for managing EvanTell's daily activities. We are pleased to make this transition as God has blessed us." 

Moyer will continue speaking and writing and will concentrate on the ministry's strategy, future direction and scope as EvanTell approaches its' fortieth anniversary. Since being founded in 1973, the ministry has developed an array of evangelistic training, resources and outreach events. 

Also, David Souther was promoted to Senior Ministry Director in addition to his international responsibilities. A Dallas Theological Seminary graduate, David is gifted in evangelism and will increasingly become a major spokesperson for the ministry. He will train believers in evangelism, speak at evangelistic outreaches, and direct EvanTell's ministry team.
